The bus now has a custom built front door (which doesn't close very well and has no knob), an outside bench, picnic table, and firepit. The views of the river from the many windows are best in the winter after the leaves have fallen.

Thank you for making the very first comment on the blog! I have fun making the posts, but I am a little shy about telling anyone about the blog. It's more fun to know you are reading. Thank you so much for the encouragement. Love, Rain.
A journal of creating a home in an old blue school bus, as well as a do-it-yourself farm house renovation, living with backyard chickens, learning to farm, gardening, preserving food, and other projects.
